In case you haven’t seen the post over on Instagram, Good Morning America revealed the cover for my second rom-com yesterday!

FEAST YOUR EYES!

The quirky love story follows an overworked and driven New York book publicist who falls in love with her temporary roommate. The big catch? They’re living seven years apart.

Part The Lake House, part Book Lovers, part No Reservations, The Seven Year Slip is about the people we want to be, the people we were, the things we lose, and the things that stay (because something always, always stays).

Also, there are two pigeons named Mother and Fucker.

Mark your calendars for June 27th, 2023!

I’ll talk more about this novel in the coming year — about my inspiration, about its main characters, about the difficulty it was to write this one — but right now, let’s just bask in the lemon-y loveliness of this cover. It’s so beautiful! Vi-An Nguyen designed the cover for The Dead Romantics, and did a fantastic job with this one, too.
